During Production Inspection

During Production Inspection

During Production Inspection (DPI) is performed when around 20% of production is completed. It can open problems at an early production stage and allowing more time to rework and correction. At this stage of production cycle our Pioneer International’s inspector will produce a full and detailed inspection report with a photographic and video record within 24 hours of the inspection and allowing you to see the work undertaken. It also helps you supervise whether the production process is on schedule or not. This inspection validates the initial production process has been maintained and that goods being produced continue to meet quality requirements. In the case of any change such as raw materials, operators, Machines, production lines or specification, this service can assess if requirements are being met during production. At this point Pioneer International’s Inspector will identify deviations, if any, and offer advice on corrective measures that will ensure uniformity of product and quality.
